100 Marathon Club AGM Day 1 of 2

SRC are pleased to welcome the 100 Marathon Club for their AGM in 2022

Fully Paid Up members please check with the club for a £5 discount code when you enter this road marathon before the end of May and for discounts available to camp at our fully functional campsite

There will be a marathon handicap event with details to follow

The medal for this event will be a bespoke medal - look out for details soon

Kirtling a 26.2m single loop road - officially measured 1= marathon add a 6.55m lap (or 2) for an ultra

All routes are rural in the lovely Suffolk countryside. Well sign posted with GPX available for most.

Final medal numbers are ordered one month before each event, so sign up to the route you want before that to ensure you get the correct medal.

Places will always be available but you may receive an alternative medal when joining close to the event.

Covid related changes can still be made at any time up to and including the day of the event but we may ask you for evidence of your situation.

For all other reasons of deferment:

- with 21 days or more notice prior to the event, one change to an entry is permitted with no charge

- within 21 days of the event deferment to a future event can be made with a fee of £7.50

- no changes within 24 hours of the start time

- the charge will also apply should you wish to change your date more than once

If you wish to make a change to your entry and it is more than 21 days from the event or is Covid related please email entries@suffolkrunningcentre.co.uk

If your request is within 21 days of the event please go to our website shop/events tab where you will be able to pay the charge and complete a new registration for the new event and tell us the date you wish to change. You will then receive an email confirmation of the change, usually within a day or two. Please give us time to action the change before sending a follow up message.

We hope this will give you a chance to make changes should you have an injury or unexpected circumstance and will mean you do not lose the run completely. It will also allow us to manage the changes.
