Suffolk Running Centre - 2019
The 6 hour timed events are loops of 6.55miles/10.5k, change direction after each lap and run as many of the laps as you want to within 6 hrs.
2 laps = a half marathon
4 laps = a marathon
5 or 6 laps for an ultra
We are currently developing a variety of laps and out and back routes to use with the series. They will vary in distance up to a half marathon loop. All will allow for every distance. All will start and finish at base and all will have some great scenary.
Monthly 5k and 10k options, with the option of running a 5k followed by a 10k at a discount
All events start at 9am with registration from 8am
with the exception of the Xmas Triple which start at 8am

If you have booked a run with us your entry can be transfered to any future event. We will allocate new dates when the timescales to resume become clear.
We are currently operating under strict social distancing guidelines
