Rules are changing fairly rapidly as we come out of lockdown so we will adjust our events as necessary. But please be assured that we will be cautious before increasing numbers and will continue to keep your safety as our number one priority

Following the success of our events post-covid we are very happy to continue to offer our events on the first weekend of every month.
3 Days Mon 28th, Tues 29th and Wed 30th December
3 Distances Marathon and Half Marathon and Ultra Marathon (40miles)
3 Routes 28th -- Risby an out and back trail and road
29th -- Kirtling all road measured marathon / Windmill Way mostly road half marathon
30th -- Dalham Kiln lots of trail
Another chance to get a medal to add to the 'Routes' collection. Collect 10 and get a centre piece.
Medal and snack pack on return
A small number of runners starting at regular intervals
Cut off time is 3pm but remains fluid as we may add later start times as necessary. But please chose a start time suitable for you to finish by 3pm.
Walkers and Ultra runners are welcome to book the very early starts
Ultra runners can also book an Ultra Pin to add to their medal
ROUTE - Kirtling All Road - 26.2 mile loop with a half loop option
Day 2 - Gallops 26.2mile loop with a half loop option 50/50 road and trail - takes in all the best bits of our old Newmarket

Print off your own map and directions ( to follow)
Where possible please download the gpx file and print the map - no marshals on routes leave us limited capacity to guide you should markers be removed
Download the app What3Words, this is very useful to help you get back on track if you ever stray from the course
You must not arrive more than a half hour before your start time. If you are early please wait in your car.
Your briefing will be short and 10 minutes before you start.
You must carry with you a minimum of 500mls of water, a mobile phone with at least 80% charge and hand sanitiser - we will check these before you leave
Our building is open to pick up your number and for toilets ONLY - Do NOT use the outside toilets
No changing facilities and no bag drop
Water ONLY on route, no food and only mobile marshals
You must use your hand sanitiser before helping yourself to water
It is your responsibility to keep the social distance of 2 metres when running and especially when passing pedestrians
Put this event control number into your phone incase you need assistance during the run

On our field via the entrance in Haysborder Road - sign posted on the day
Exit the A14 at the Barrow turn junction 40 and head towards the village down Coalthorpe Lane, Haysborder Road is on the left after about half a mile. When you leave our carpark we suggest you turn right into Haysborder Road and then right again for a safer exit onto Coalthorpe Lane
The postcode for our car park is unreliable, sorry!
Registration, Toilets, Start and Finish
All In our main building
From the car park follow the arrows across our camping field, through the open pedestrian gate and up to the conservatory
You may be held on the field with your start group until your briefing slot becomes available
NO ON THE DAY ENTRY
Even if there are spaces there will be no on the day entry
Registration forms must be completed on line, we understand there can be difficulties occasionally with the online forms but these MUST be completed ahead of the event
If you are late to the start line we will do our best to put you into a later time but be aware that one may not be available
